Important Note | In order to verify in network status, you could send a picture of the front and back of your insurance card(s) and indicate your Date of Birth. Your D.O.B is necessary for insurance verification purposes without it we cannot check.
Please indicate if you have any secondary insurance. This will have to be verified as well.
As a general note it is the client's responsibility to know their mental health benefits. The phone number (typically listed as 'member services') on the back of your insurance card will link you with your plan directly.
When utilizing insurance coverage for treatment it is important that you understand you are fully responsible for any amount due that your insurance fails to pay at any time throughout your treatment. Understanding your deductible, co-insurance and copayment is helpful. Copays and coinsurance are not the same thing and both impact your financial obligations.

Out of Network
Clients may choose to utilize their out-of-network benefits if their plan allows this. A 'courtesy' claim will be submitted to your insurance company on your behalf. Your insurance may, if applicable, reimburse a portion of your payment to you directly or they may apply that amount to your deductible.
It is important to understand that an out of network deductible may be separate from an in network deductible.
Please seek clarity from your insurance provider directly as they determine & control all of this.

Self Pay
If you do not have insurance or you choose not to utilize your insurance benefits the following rates apply:
-Initial Assessment/Intake (60 minutes): $185
-Follow-Up Psychotherapy/Individual sessions (60 minutes): $180
-Follow-Up Psychotherapy/Individual sessions (45 minutes): $160
All payments are due following each session. In addition, see the Good Faith Estimate below.
Cancellation Policy
This practice requires at least a 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less that 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in a $75 fee charged to the credit card on file for the missed session.
