This information is collected if you choose to utilize the 'contact' webform on this website. When you contact me via my webform, your information and message goes to my email, through Elfsight which uses encryption to enhance security of requests/emails being sent through the widget. This information will be collected solely to send the email and will not be stored on my website. As indicated on the 'contact' page, as a generalized precautionary statement, I do not recommend you include personal health information (PHI) through an online widget. Providing sensitive PHI through a webform would be your personal choice.

Although a minor child could potentially view this website they may not engage in counseling services with this practice without a parent/legal guardian's engagement and full consent. Should it come to my attention that a child under the age of 18 years old provides information they will be informed that a parent/legal guardian must be involved to continue. This practice does not typically provide services for individuals under the age of 18.

As we know, safety and technology do change frequently. Therefore this privacy policy will be reviewed at least once a year to ensure that I am staying up to date and maintaining your privacy on this site.
