The following criteria is utilized when assessing for appropriateness to provide online counseling & therapy services. If you can answer 'yes' to any one of the following please seek services with an in-office provider as these may indicate a need for more intensive support: 

• Have had a recent suicide attempt.

• Currently are experiencing intense suicidal feelings and/or ideations (thoughts).

• Currently are engaging in acts of physical self harm/injury.

• Have had an admission to a psychiatric care facility within the last 2 years.

• Live in a violent or highly volatile home in which you could be in danger.

• Are actively struggling with a substance addiction which significantly impairs daily functioning and/or have recently relapsed.
